Course Breakdown

Over 10 weeks, you’ll progress from understanding group coaching fundamentals to launching your own program, with each phase building skills and confidence for real-world application.

Weeks 1-2: Foundations & Framework

Discover what group coaching is (and isn’t), explore how it differs from other modalities, and understand the WINS™ coaching framework. You’ll clarify your personal vision for group coaching and learn the coaching progression that enables powerful group sessions.

Weeks 3-4: Ethical Structure & Community Building

Establish strong ethical foundations using the ICF Code of Ethics, and master the art of cultivating safe, connected community spaces. Learn how to craft group norms that enable deep work and trusted relationships among participants.

Weeks 5-6: Active Facilitation & Progress Evaluation

Develop both the “doing” and “being” of group coaching through live practice. Learn how to handle conflicts, incorporate reflection, and implement evaluation systems that measure individual and group transformation throughout your program.

Weeks 7-8: Action, Accountability & Program Design

Master accountability structures that translate awareness into action. Design your complete group program including format options (retreats, half-day events, hybrid models), operational logistics, and pricing strategies that reflect your value.

Weeks 9-10: Marketing & Launch Preparation
