Barb Loftin, ACC, CPLC
President and Founder of B Loftin Cosmetics LLC, Barb got her feet wet in the entrepreneur world in 2000 when she converted her experience in retail cosmetic sales into her own eCommerce business providing premium skincare and color for women. This business translated into the philosophy of beauty from the inside out.
In 2013, Barb felt God call her into training to be a Christian Life Coach. She received her CPLC from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute in 2015 and her ACC in 2017. She loves to encourage and walk alongside women to help them become Gods intended best and invite them to pursue and deepen a love relationship with the Father. With a heart for hurting people, she wants to help others move forward gaining perspective, clarity and hope and helps accomplish that goal with her coaching business, New Pathways Coaching.
Forty-six years ago, Barb married her high school sweetheart, Denny and they live in Florence, Kentucky. Together, they raised two wonderful daughters, who have blessed them with 4 delightful and adorable grandchildren. Her daughters and families live at opposite ends of the country which calls for much travel time.
She has a BA in Communication and a minor in Psychology from Northern KY University and lovingly
serves her local church in the capacities of prayer, worship and hospice ministries.

Jessica and her husband James are southern-California transplants, now living in the Knoxville, TN area. There they are raising two elementary-aged sons and living the minivan dream. Jessica enjoys coffee, life-giving friendships, and little adventures with her family.
Ruthie Slingerland, ACC, CPLC
Ruthie has a passion for entrepreneurship and marriage. She helps overwhelmed women dare to dream, discover their strengths and draft their future so they can have the successful and balanced life God has for them.
Ruthie’s entrepreneurial journey started at the age of 19 when she launched her career as a christian music artist in her native Puerto Rico. Over the course of 4 years she performed her songs and ministered to thousands. Soon she realized she needed to step off the stage; a difficult decision that eventually lead her to coaching as a new form of ministry.
For over a decade, Ruthie worked in the language and education field as a professional Spanish interpreter, university language instructor and adult educator.
Missions have always been near to Ruthie’s heart, especially being able to help women of all backgrounds create a sustainable form of income without sacrificing their family’s quality of life. She was recently in Peru serving as an interpreter for her church staff. Ruthie encouraged women to tap into their God given talents and find financial freedom by learning to create a plan and save.
The Slingerlands have a successful online Amazon business that has given them the ability to become debt free, live in the location of their dreams and homeschool their four children while traveling often.
Ruthie loves languages, enjoys singing to the tune of Jamie’s guitar & communicating deeply with others.
