We are based in the U.S. and Canada but we have students from more than 60 countries throughout Europe, Asia, Australia, Central & South America, the Middle East, and Africa. All of our courses are taught LIVE, in English, via high-definition Zoom videoconference, enabling you to train live, in real time, anywhere in the world.

Our faculty are all Christian coaches credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF) who operate successful coaching businesses, and the ICF has approved PCCI’s program as both a Level 1 and Level 2 Certificate program, allowing you to earn your ICF credential alongside our distinguished CPLC certification.

Our curriculum is filled with exercises and case examples, and our virtual classrooms are highly interactive, allowing you to process live demonstrations, get immediate answers to questions, and receive real-time feedback as you practice coaching skills.

Our Students

Our students come from all walks of life, including business leaders & professionals, counselors/therapists, pastors & missionaries, nurses, and more.

We have NO minimum education requirements – just a genuine heart for people and a mature walk with the Lord.

We train you in the coaching skills necessary to provide the highest quality coaching services while also equipping you to establish and grow a thriving coaching business.

The Institute

Our faith integration is distinctly Christian while remaining non-denominational and highly ecumenical.

Our logo is a battle standard with the light of Christ and of learning represented as a blazing torch.

Our motto is “Raising the Standard”, a double-entendre on raising high the royal standard of Christ and raising the professional standard of coaching skill for Christians practicing life coaching or leadership coaching.

Over 20 Years Experience

If you feel called to pursue Christian coaching as a career, you’ve come to the right place! Our faculty have trained nearly 4,000 persons world-wide and have taught Christian coaching through various programs since 1999.
