This intensive practicum is designed for coaches ready to demonstrate PCC-level coaching skills through live, supervised coaching sessions with real clients. You’ll receive personalized feedback from ICF-credentialed instructors, refine your approach through structured peer coaching, and develop the confidence to facilitate transformational conversations that honor both professional excellence and your faith.

Unlike courses that focus on learning about coaching, this experience is about doing the work – facilitating full coaching sessions, receiving expert evaluation, and iterating your skills under the guidance of Professional (PCC) and Master (MCC) Certified Coaches. You’ll practice the ICF Core Competencies in action, navigate complex client dynamics, and learn to hold space for profound transformation.
