Kathie Gautille, B.S.

Kathie Gautille, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach is a co-author, speaker, and executive coach. For over ten-years Kathie has coached individuals, businesses, and churches to successfully achieve their mission and goals. Kathie has completed course work and coaching for her ACC credentials with ICF Life Coach Certification through PCCI and she plans to submit for certification by year-end.

Always active in her town and faith community, Kathie cares about children and education. This passion led her to run for and serve 12 years with the Coppell Independent School District, four of those years as President of the Board of Trustees.

Kathie was inspired to make a difference with children and families after reflecting on Pope John Paul II’s quote, “As the family goes, so goes the nation, so goes the whole world in which we live.” She developed a comprehensive, faith-based series of parenting workshops. These workshops help parents with parenting skills and equip and educate parents to faithfully disciple their children toward a lifelong faith in Jesus Christ.

A graduate from Clarion University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Business, Kathie also holds a four-year Advanced Biblical Studies Certification from the University of Dallas.

Kathie has been married to her husband, Joe, for 36 years. They love to travel, as well as spend time with their three grown children and three grandsons.

Kathie is a die-hard Steelers fan. She loves hiking and plans to walk The Camino de Santiago from St. Jean Pied de Port, France, to the Cathedral of Santiago d Compostela in the fall of 2022.

Steve Cromer, DMin, PCC

After 30 years of pastoral ministry in thriving churches, Steve took up the calling of a coach to focus on the aspect of ministry he loved most – helping others to deepen their emotional maturity in Jesus so as to significantly alter the way they engage their family, social and work settings. His specialty is in helping those who lead in those settings to better manage their anxiety so they can function at a high level without the stress of overfunctioning.

An entrepreneur from his childhood days, Steve launched Steve Cromer Coaching, Inc in 2013 while still a student at PCCI. While growing this life and leadership coaching company to a six-figure business in less than two years, one of Steve’s clients – a restaurant chain called Eggs Up Grill – so impressed him that he bought a franchise that he operates with his wife alongside of his coaching practice!

Steve enjoys leading workshops for churches, state agencies, and for a number of companies, including Edward Jones Investments, as well as companies in the areas of manufacturing, medicine and education (these feed his ever-present preaching/teaching bug).

He is credentialed as Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and is also a Certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach and a Certified Brain-Based Success Coach from ICF accredited schools. As an Authorized Partner of Everything DiSC and a certified administrator of the Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis, Steve uses these powerful tools to create awareness and further learning with individuals and teams.

Steve holds a doctorate from Erskine Seminary in the area of Bowen Family Systems Theory and Trinitarian Theology. He completed clinical work at Duke University Medical Center, Wake Medical Center, and Virginia Baptist Hospital. He currently resides in Rock Hill, SC with his wife, Geneva. They have four sons, three daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren.
