Course Overview

Transform your natural coaching instincts into professional ICF-level competency. Coaching Skills Development takes you beyond theory into hands-on mastery of the eight ICF Core Competencies. Through live coaching sessions, expert feedback, and weekly peer practice, you’ll develop the precise skills that distinguish professional coaches.

This isn’t a lecture course – it’s a coaching lab. You’ll coach and be coached multiple times throughout the 13-week journey, receiving detailed verbal and written feedback from ICF-certified instructors at the PCC or MCC level. Each session builds your confidence and refines your ability to demonstrate competency markers in real conversations.

What makes this course different? PCCI’s unique integration of faith and ICF standards means you’ll develop world-class coaching skills without compromising your Christian worldview. Our instructors understand the nuances of coaching within a Biblical framework while maintaining rigorous ICF accreditation standards.

By the end of this intensive training, you’ll coach with clarity, confidence, and competence – ready to pursue ICF credentialing and serve clients with professional excellence.
