Christopher McCluskey, MSW, PCC, CMCC, BCC
Often cited as ‘The Father of Christian Coaching’, Chris is a visionary thought leader who pioneered this field in the 1990’s through journal articles, conferences, keynotes, serving as a founding board member of the Christian Coaches Network and Christian Coaching Magazine, and as a primary consultant to Dr. Gary Collins in his ground-breaking best-seller, “Christian Coaching: Helping Others Turn Potential Into Reality” (2001, 2009 NavPress).
In 2000, Chris established a distance-learning program which grew into the Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI), where he still serves as president. Now celebrating 25 years providing ICF-accredited courses and programs, PCCI is the oldest and largest Christian school in the field, equipping coaches in more than 90 countries.
Chris is co-host with Kim Avery of the top-rated podcast ‘Professional Christian Coaching Today’, ranked in the top 1% of all podcasts in total downloads.
He and his wife, Rachel, are best-selling authors of the highly-acclaimed marriage book, When Two Become One (Revell, 2004, 2006), and have co-authored chapters in several popular Christian books. The McCluskeys live on their family ranch in south-central Missouri where they homeschooled their seven children and are now blessed with a growing brood of grandchildren nearby.
Rachel McCluskey
Rachel McCluskey serves as Chancellor for Professional Christian Coaching Institute. She is a life coach specializing in work with women around parenting and vision for motherhood.
Rachel and her husband, Chris, speak at national conferences, churches, and marriage retreats and have been interviewed on numerous radio programs and magazines on marriage, sexuality, parenting, and life coaching. She and Chris are best-selling authors of When Two Become One and are contributing authors to several Christian books on marriage and parenting.
A former public school educator and now homeschooling mom of seven children, her greatest enjoyment is spending time as a family and learning together. Rachel’s interests include reading, theology, health, gourmet cooking, animals, and finding ways to turn the simple things of life into celebrations.
Michael Pfau, MEd, PCC, CPCC
Michael Pfau is a life, leadership, and executive coach with over twenty years experience delivering transformational coaching to business and individual clients. Michael founded Crossways Life Coaching, LLC in 2002 after serving 16 years as assistant pastor of a church he co-founded in Philadelphia. Michael’s initial work focused primarily on helping individuals discern next steps in their professional career. This work led clients to take significant steps in achieving their dreams or adjust their current job role to align with their values and life mission.
Michael went on to enter the field of Coach Training at the Institute for Life Coach Training in 2008 and later had a part in supporting the launch of the Professional Christian Coaching Institute in 2010 through curriculum development where he currently serves on the faculty. He is a designated Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has mentored over 250 coaches to achieve their ICF ACC or PCC credential.

Kim Avery, MA, PCC
Kim Avery MA, PCC, is Founder and President of Kim Avery Coaching, a coaching and mentoring firm that helps Christian coaches market successfully and coach masterfully.
She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Professional Certified Coach, Board Certified Coach and trains coaches at the Professional Christian Coaching Institute. Andrew Gorter, D.Min., MCC
Andrew Gorter, D.Min., PCC is the owner of Plus One Coaching, LLC and has more than 25 years experience working with people to help them clarify what’s next for themselves and to take action to fulfill their calling and achieve their goals.
He is a trained and licensed as a Marriage and Family therapist and has practiced family therapy through a non-profit counseling practice he established in 2002. He is an expert in healthy interpersonal communication, and since establishing Plus One Coaching, LLC he has brought together his passion for coaching and his expertise in family therapy to establish a niche coaching family business leaders.
Throughout his career Andrew has endeavored to lead and serve people and organizations as they face necessary challenges to move forward and to do that in healthy creative ways. From his early career in pastoral ministry to his development of a non-profit counseling ministry and, most recently, Plus One Coaching, Andrew has gained a wealth of experience joining with people to solve problems.
Andrew and his wife, Karen, live in Holland, MI, near the beaches of Lake Michigan. They have two married daughters and three grandsons. Nathan Kreger, MDiv, MA, PCC, CPLC
Nathan Kreger is a business coach and consultant to independent service professionals and leadership coach and consultant to small businesses with 10-100 employees. He’s a small business change agent, student of marketing, speaker, and above anything else, a passionate entrepreneur.
Nathan has been a small business owner for over 8 years — sometimes successfully, other times not so much. Today, his business consists largely of coaching and consulting.
Nathan is devoted to seeing independent service professionals succeed and build the business of their dreams, and seeing healthy environments created in small businesses. He constantly learns and reads on business, marketing, and leadership, and works through several high-end programs every year, always hungry to expand his knowledge, skill, and ability.

One of the best things that ever happened to Nathan is his marriage to Erin. They met in a small sugar beet town in the thumb of Michigan, and have been married for over 3 years now. She has been his biggest supporter and cheerleader from day one.
Together they have a home in Noblesville, Indiana, that they built a few years back, and where Nathan fights the constant battle of weeds in his yard. Aside from his passion for his clients and their work, Nathan’s family is what matters most to him.

Barb Loftin, ACC, CPLC
President and Founder of B Loftin Cosmetics LLC, Barb got her feet wet in the entrepreneur world in 2000 when she converted her experience in retail cosmetic sales into her own eCommerce business providing premium skincare and color for women. This business translated into the philosophy of beauty from the inside out.
In 2013, Barb felt God call her into training to be a Christian Life Coach. She received her CPLC from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute in 2015 and her ACC in 2017. She loves to encourage and walk alongside women to help them become Gods intended best and invite them to pursue and deepen a love relationship with the Father. With a heart for hurting people, she wants to help others move forward gaining perspective, clarity and hope and helps accomplish that goal with her coaching business, New Pathways Coaching.
Forty-six years ago, Barb married her high school sweetheart, Denny and they live in Florence, Kentucky. Together, they raised two wonderful daughters, who have blessed them with 4 delightful and adorable grandchildren. Her daughters and families live at opposite ends of the country which calls for much travel time.

Steve Cromer, DMin, PCC, CPLC, CELDC, CBBSC
After 30 years of pastoral ministry in thriving churches, Steve took up the calling of a coach to focus on the aspect of ministry he loved most – helping others to deepen their emotional maturity in Jesus so as to significantly alter the way they engage their family, social and work settings. His specialty is in helping those who lead in those settings to better manage their anxiety so they can function at a high level without the stress of overfunctioning.
An entrepreneur from his childhood days, Steve launched Steve Cromer Coaching, Inc in 2013 while still a student at PCCI. While growing this life and leadership coaching company to a six-figure business in less than two years, one of Steve’s clients – a restaurant chain called Eggs Up Grill – so impressed him that he bought a franchise that he operates with his wife alongside of his coaching practice!
Steve enjoys leading workshops for churches, state agencies, and for a number of companies, including Edward Jones Investments, as well as companies in the areas of manufacturing, medicine and education (these feed his ever-present preaching/teaching bug).
He is credentialed as Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and is also a Certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach and a Certified Brain-Based Success Coach from ICF accredited schools. Jessica Fall, ACC, CPLC
Jessica brings 20 years of professional experience in process creation/improvement, project management and training. A true “activator” & “connector” at heart, she is fueled by helping people and processes work well together. She currently serves as the Dean of our Admissions department and oversees the Academic Advisory team.
Alongside of her professional pursuits, ministry leadership has always played a strong role in Jessica’s life. From the early days of youth ministry to more recent roles as Director of Women’s Ministry and MOPS Ministry, she holds a deep passion for helping others grow in their spiritual life.
After a break from the business world to begin a family, the Lord prompted her to begin coach training with PCCI. Now a Certified Professional Life & Leadership Coach, she is privileged to partner with Christian women seeking to walk out the fullness of God’s calling on their life.
Jessica and her husband James are southern-California transplants, now living in the Knoxville, TN area. There they are raising two elementary-aged sons and living the minivan dream. Jessica enjoys coffee, life-giving friendships, and little adventures with her family.

Jennifer comes from a background in Marketing and served as the Communications Specialist for a multi-campus church of nearly 8,000 weekend attenders. She also has a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling and serves on faculty at PCCI.
Cindy and Harmon, her husband of 38 years, believe in fully engaging life, wherever God invites them, every moment, every day. They’ve spent 19 years in successful entrepreneurial businesses in the US and Caribbean and another 19 years internationally in cross-cultural leadership roles within a global ministry organization. Their passion for wholistic health and enhanced team dynamics moved Cindy to develop a Member Care initiative which she then successfully launched and coordinated across 46 countries in the Asia Pacific region. Pamela Mertz, PCC, CPLC
Pamela Mertz, CPLC, PCC is the President and Founder of BluePrint Life Coaching, LLC. She brings over 35 years of experience as a business owner and strategist in the high-tech electronics industry and earned her coach certification during her transition into the coaching field. She is trained by PCCI and Dartmouth Institute Microsystems Academy as a certified Quality Improvement Coach for healthcare and is also a certified Strengths Finders Coach.
Pamela is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Christian Coaching Network (CCN) and sits on the Board of Directors of Promised Land Living, a nonprofit, national ministry. She also has served in various leadership roles in other for profit and nonprofit sectors which has brought her much experience and national networking, including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She has lead women’s ministry for over 20 years in her local church and is a licensed pastor in the state of Minnesota. Helen Mitchell, CPLC, ACC
A “practical strategist” living @ the intersection of faith and reality. As one of the pioneers and leaders in the faith and work movement, she exponentially accelerates application, growth and transformation for business leaders, pastors and women in the marketplace.
Helen is an ethics and leadership professor in the Crowell School of Business at Biola University and the Director of the Talbot Center for Faith, Work & Economics at the Talbot School of Theology at Biola University, working with churches and pastors on faith and work integration.
She is also a leadership and strategy coach, speaker, author and oversees the leader learning initiative for Convene Corp. She started her business career with AT&T becoming a Vice President at the age of 30 with Lucent Technologies. As a licensed pastor, she was the architect and visionary of the Saddleback@Work ministry at Saddleback Church.
Helen holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Biola University and a Masters in Biblical and Theological Studies from the Talbot School of Theology, at Biola University. She also attended the Senior Executive Program at Columbia University.

Greg Tosi
Greg is a husband, father of 3, and a small business owner. When he’s not hanging out with his wife or chasing his 3 boys (all under 4 years old), he enjoys exploring the Florida outdoors, exercising, and reading. By day Greg runs a digital advertising business. He helps coaches, online course creators, and membership site owners find new customers using Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ads. Rudy Graham is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Managing Partner of Fruitful Journey Coaching. He brings over 38 years of experience as a Corporate Sales Professional in the technology industry. He coaches and trains individuals and teams pursuing performance growth in government and commercial organizations.
Rudy Co-Coaches and facilitates growth in marriage and parenting with his wife of 37 years and business partner Wilmer. He received his coach training at PCCI and has certifications from Gallup, SYMBIS, and Gottman.
Rudy is the parent of two adult children and a grandparent of one, resides in Maryland with his wife, Wilmer. His favorite past times are cooking and road trips.
Delinda Summers
With a passion for helping others reach their true potential within their home, marriage, church, and community, Delinda joins the Academic Advisory team with over fifteen years of experience in service-oriented roles in East Tennessee.
Delinda’s professional and service background includes nonprofit senior home care, church and inner-city ministry, and marriage mentoring and coaching. She believes her true calling is helping others toward the next chapter God’s story has for their lives, just as she seeks and strives to follow His best for her own.
Although she is a Florida native, Delinda and her husband Gregg have resided in Sevierville, Tennessee for sixteen years. She enjoys taking in the beauty of God’s creation, being creative while homeschooling eleven-year-old son Harrison, and loves having “all her chicks in the nest” when their adult children, Savannah and Conley, visit.
Kris Kelso, PCC
Kris Kelso, PCC is an entrepreneur who has founded and run multiple companies in the technology and healthcare industries. Today, he works primarily as an executive coach, a keynote speaker, and a contributing author for publications including Fast Company, Yahoo Finance, and The Nashville Business Journal.
His book, “Overcoming The Impostor: Silence Your Inner Critic and Lead with Confidence“, offers entrepreneurs and leaders a practical look at impostor syndrome, and explores that inner voice that downplays our own accomplishments while amplifying those of others.
Kris has coached and consulted with hundreds of entrepreneurs, business owners, and their leadership teams. He is an advisor and instructor at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center and has served on the boards of directors of several non-profit organizations.
He is an active member of Cornerstone Nashville, where he serves, teaches, and coaches other leaders. He lives with his wife and three teenaged sons in a suburb of Nashville, Tennessee.
Kelly Minefield
Kelly’s passion for Christ combined with her experience in the church have allowed her to serve in a plethora of administrative and leadership roles. She has 10+ years of experience serving as the head administrator at her home church as well as 5+ years of previous experience in corporate administration. PCCI allows Kelly to use her organizational skills and experience to assist others in reaching their goals.
In addition to her experience in administration, Kelly possesses an extensive background in community outreach work in and around the Knoxville area. She has previously volunteered, partnered, or led programs with Knoxville area food pantries, Center of Hope Outreach, and Second Harvest Food Bank. She has also spent several years working in children’s ministry. Kelly is in the process of obtaining a degree in education, and she remains an active figure within her local school system.
Despite her endeavors outside of the home, Kelly maintains that her most important role has been mothering her three children. She continues to value motherhood as she raises her two youngest children and diligently mentors her adult son through life and his most recent journey into law school. Kelly loves Jesus, fun outings with her family, cultivating quality friendships, the beach, and a great cup of coffee.

Lisa Mladinich, PCC is an ICF-Certified Life Coach and Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach. A best-selling author and media host, she is also the Founder and President of The Communion of Catholic Coaches (CCC).

Wilmer Graham, CPA
Wilmer brings over 35 years of experience in executive leadership, professional development, and community impact. Motivated by helping people and inspiring progress, Wilmer was led in 2018 to pursue certification in coaching, and currently partners with her husband, Rudy Graham, in Fruitful Journey Coaching.
Wilmer exudes passion for helping others see and achieve all that God desires for them to be. Alongside her professional career, she is highly engaged in community and church. She coaches individuals and groups across diverse communities and leads personal development training. Wilmer is a listener and observer; her CliftonStrengths are Deliberative, Relator, Achiever, Analytical, and Connectedness. Wilmer currently serves as a senior executive officer in the federal government, where she works with key officials on intergovernmental, Congressional, and private sector matters.
Wilmer is active in the growth and development of the next generation. She currently serves as the AAFEA Chancellor for professional development programs and mentors and coaches program participants aspiring to serve at senior levels in government. She was a mentor for over a decade to cohorts of the Partnership for Public Service Excellence in Government, the Hispanic American Colleges and Universities, and the Howard University School of Business Executive Leadership Honors.
Wilmer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and she is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned credentials in Executive Leadership from the University of Michigan and the Federal Executive Institute. She is a Senior Excellence in Government leader and provides coaching and mentoring to successor participants.
Wilmer and Rudy were college sweethearts and have been married for nearly 40 years. They live in Maryland and are the proud parents of two adult children and one grandson. Wilmer enjoys walking, tennis, gardening, reading, and pilates.
Stephanie Gow, PCC, CPLC
Stephanie Gow, CPLC, PCC is the President and Founder of Chapelhouse Studios & Coaching. She brings over 25 years of experience in the fields of leadership and education, and earned her coach certification during her transition into the coaching field. Stephanie is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and serves nationally as a coach and consultant in the education division of FranklinCovey, with a focused client-base in Texas and Louisiana. Stephanie has served in various leadership roles in other for profit and nonprofit sectors which has brought her much experience. She led women’s ministry for 13 years in her local church, and served as worship leader for 17 years.

Scott Frickenstein, PhD, PCC
Scott was raised in northern Wisconsin and grew up loving to learn and lead. He was selected to attend the U.S. Air Force Academy, and it was his honor to be an Air Force officer for over 25 years. Scott served in several C-level, higher education, and analytical roles and retired as a colonel after leading thousands of Airmen. During his military journey, God enabled Scott to earn advanced degrees and publish scholarly articles in several academic disciplines.
During a post-military sabbatical, Scott remembered that one of his military callsigns was “Coach.” He’s always had a heart for helping people discover and reach their personal and professional potential. Scott was deeply impacted by many coaches, mentors, and teachers, so he’s devoted his “second half” to being a developer of leaders in our increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and adaptive context.
Now, it’s Scott’s honor & privilege to hold time and space for leaders to process the stirrings in their hearts and experience significant transformations in their being, belonging, and becoming. He brings a learner’s mindset and pastor’s heart when he focuses with leaders on what matters most to them. Gary Roney, MA, ACC
Gary Roney is a devoted husband and father of four children living in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA.
Having earned degrees in Theology and Religious Education, as well as certification as a professional coach from Duquesne University (and the ACC credential through the ICF), he has over 20 years of experience working with youth, college, young adults, and their leaders throughout the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh.
Gary currently serves as a Training and Productivity Specialist for Decided Excellence Catholic Media and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, trained additionally in the DiSC personality assessment, and MCODE, which is a narrative-based assessment tool that uncovers core motivation.

Linda Delia
Linda’s professional training in technology has been a foundation throughout her career in program development & communication. She has served in church ministry for over 35 years and enjoys her role as a servant leader drawing others deeper in their faith.
Linda felt God calling her to transition into coaching after observing the patterns of holy noticing: listening, guiding, and deeply connecting with those she served. Seeing the growth potential in others as well as in organizations was the work that has energized her throughout her lifetime. She is driven to help people connect the dots in their life story and help them draw out their own unique gifts and talents to see where God might be calling them to use those gifts.
She seeks to follow Christ’s example of journeying with others as they encounter the love of the Father calling them to be fully alive in every season of life. Jenn Nickel is an executive coach, life coach, consultant, speaker, and corporate facilitator who established JLN Consultants in January 2019, after informally coaching for more than a decade. For 13 years, Jenn worked for a multinational insurance company.
