31 hours of small group instruction and supervised practice in advanced coaching skills, taught in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
All instructors are ICF certified at the Professional (PCC) or Master (MCC) level. The practicum is designed to prepare students for the Performance Evaluation.
