Chris McCluskey, PCC, often called “The Father of Christian Coaching,” pioneered the field in the late 1990s through his writing, conferences, and leadership roles, including founding the Christian Coaches Network and Christian Coaching Magazine. A key contributor to Dr. Gary Collins’ seminal book, Christian Coaching, Chris transitioned from owning Tampa Bay’s largest Christian psychotherapy practice to full-time coaching in 1998, establishing Coaching for Christian Living, Inc. In 2000, he launched the Christian track at the Institute for Life Coach Training, which evolved into the Professional Christian Coaching Program.

A prolific writer and speaker, Chris has presented at over 50 conferences worldwide and co-authored the bestselling marriage book, When Two Become One. With his wife, Rachel, he leads the Professional Christian Coaching Institute and homeschools their seven children on their Ozark Mountain ranch.
